Tucked between two rivers on South Africa's unspoilt coastline. White sand beaches, dramatic dunes, warm Indian Ocean water - and some of the finest Big 5 game reserves less than an hour away. Wild, real, and breathtaking.
Just 15 km up the coast in Port Alfred sits your training base - No Limits Fitness. A fully equipped gym with a dedicated CrossFit box, an indoor heated pool for post-workout swims, and an onsite café serving freshly prepared food and locally roasted real good coffee.

Your 7 nights at a 4-star lodge, all breakfasts and evening meals, daily workout sessions (beach CrossFit, sunrise yoga, runs & pool), the Big 5 safari & game drives, paddle board, river canoe & hikes, and airport transfers. Flights are not included.
Every fitness level is welcome. Sessions are coached and scaled so you can go at your own pace - whether you're a seasoned CrossFitter or trying it for the first time.
A £1,500 deposit secures your spot. It's fully refundable if the minimum group numbers for the escape aren't met.
Yes - many guests add nights at a safari lodge or round off their trip in Cape Town. Chat to us when you book and we'll help you plan it.
Ocean Kayaking, Tiger Moth Flights, Deep Sea Fishing, Horse Riding, Scuba Diving, and Kite & Surf Lessons can all be arranged locally on top of your package.
Yes, we recommend all guests arrange their own travel insurance covering activities, medical care, and flight changes before they arrive.
